This research looks at how Generation Z's technology usage affects their perception of Leisure Constraints for campus recreation participation. This research utilized Leisure Constraints Theory along with self-reporting technology usage to discover if statistical significance existed between technology usage and overall leisure constraints. Data was collected from university housing at a large, public, mid-west university. Mann-Whitney U testing was used to determine statistical significance. The results found no statistical significance between the technology usage groups and their level of leisure constraints for campus recreation participation. Future research suggestions and implications for campus recreation and student affairs professionals are provided
